Mbuyelo
Mbuyelo is a Xitsonga word that means ‘returns’. All we seek to achieve is ensure that our shareholders get returns on their investments. This is the only reason that people invest in companies to see their investments grow and bring value to them and all the stakeholders of the company.
The birth of Mbuyelo was informed by young energetic entrepreneurs employing their entrepreneurial imagination to bring to life a conglomerate that they wanted to see being one of the leading businesses in this country and abroad. The welcome changes in the mining industry in particular and the de-racialisation of the South African economy in general, provided impetus to what was dreams and visions of a few young people from the dusty rural areas of South Africa. From being the vision of a few entrepreneurs, Mbuyelo has grown to be a vibrant business that has become a home and incubator to other businesses and like-minded individuals.
We are a budding South African diversified company which aims, through the combination of quality investments and cash generating operations, to make a meaningful contribution to the economy of South Africa as its base, the African continent as its future operations and have a footprint on other continents of the world.
